Chad D. Baus
Co-Owner, President of Sales
After 7 years in sales and marketing in Nashville’s music entertainment business, Chad Baus moved back to the area and joined the family business in March of 2001. He has degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Anderson University. Chad has over three decades of experience in the automotive industry and is a Co-Owner and the President of Sales for CAR 1.

Aaron N. Baus
Co-Owner, President of Purchasing
Aaron co-founded CAR 1 along with Larry in 1999. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Anderson University. He has over three decades of experience in the automotive industry. Aaron is a Co-Owner and the President of Purchasing for CAR 1.

Jamie Smith
Service/Detail Manager
Jamie already had more than two decades of experience in the car business when he joined CAR 1 in 2010, with extensive experience as an automotive detailer, as well as both a Certified Chrysler and Certified GM Mechanic. He serves as Car 1’s Service/Detail Manager.
