Chad D. Baus
Co-Owner, President of Sales
After 7 years in sales and marketing in Nashville’s music entertainment business, Chad Baus moved back to the area and joined the family business in March of 2001. He has degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Anderson University. Chad has over 21 years experience in the automotive industry and is a Co-Owner and the President of Sales for CAR 1.

Aaron N. Baus
Co-Owner, President of Purchasing
Aaron co-founded CAR 1 along with Larry in 1999.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Anderson University.
He has over 30 years experience in the automotive industry.
He is a Co-Owner and the President of Purchasing for CAR 1.

Jamie Smith
Service/Detail Manager/Sales
Jamie started putting his over 26 years experience in Auto Reconditioning to work for CAR 1 in 2009. His background also includes 2.5 years as a Certified Chrysler Mechanic and 4.5 years as a Certified GM Mechanic, so when we decided to open our Service Department to the public in 2013, he was a natural fit to manage/work in both the Detailing and Service Departments. In 2020, due to growth in our Service Department, Jamie took on the role of full time Service Manager/Salesman.
